Outlook 2016 inbox not updating
A user wanted to know how to view the calendar in the Outlook app on their smartphone in a monthly view.While it doesn’t have a traditional full month view, it has day, week, and agenda views, with 2 weeks at the top of the agenda or day view.Why is it missing and how do I add my Exchange account to my profile?Exchange accounts can only be added to Outlook 2016 using auto account setup (even with the new dialog, above).
He wanted to configure his Exchange account manually, by entering the server names, but Outlook 2016 doesn't have that option for Exchange accounts: I recently upgraded to Office 2016 from Office 2013 and the Exchange account wouldn't work.
When Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016 can’t find the correct folder for the Sent Items or Deleted Items folder, it will create a folder within your mailbox which doesn’t sync with the mail server.
This is why the folder holds “This computer only” behind its name.
I’ve tried to set the Sent Items folder in the account settings for my IMAP account but there is no “Sent Items” or a “Deleted Items” tab as there was in Outlook 2010.
How do I configure Outlook 2013 to save my Sent Items on the mail server?
